This concerns a William Brian Muthusa.He has been a resident of Wisconsin for many years.He has been living in Frankfort, Newyork for the past 1 1/2 years.He was working forTractor Supply Company Distribution Center.Located at 1938 Country Mile, Frankfort, NY 13340 Telephone number 315-619-3303.He got fired from there once they found he molested 3 young boys in upstate Newyork.He bought a 2021 Toyota truck from Steets Toyota in Yorkville, Newyork.He never had a Newyork License.He bought the truck.He obtained Newyork State Auto insurance.But Steets turned off his truck because he never made a auto payment.He tried parting the truck out.But that didnt work.He never cancelled his auto insurance and never turned in the car tag.Hes hiding inside of a house in Frankfort, NY.Because he is wanted by the authorities.His description is as follows.6'1, 300lbs, beady blue eyes, and a very very long nose.He is severly mentally ill and very very dangeous!!! He was involved in a terrible accident that killed someone

I need to tell about mental health provider. they have a dirty nasty scam to steal your home. They are stealing your home even if it your name. The Carter co. Made me sale me sale home. It made me homeless. Carter co. Will not let drive because they not have a better life. Carter co. Court is letting people lie to put people away. They are deny people the right to attroney. They are let pets cause problems with mental ill. They are letting people lie about threaten kill them. The carter co. Is allowing their pets make dirty lies up on mental ill patients. They are doing nothing about their pets. Judge wilhoit will. Not pet a stop their telling lies that putting people in the hospital. Pathway will not turn how people tell their family has threaten kill them. they wanted to make direct quote for eastern state. They are told if they fuss about wanting to date. the theapist told me she would put away. The reason i want out the neighbor told around he never feed the dog because he was afraid what i might tell on people. No one in carter co. Wanted out my cousin took me to the court for my dad delusional lies. The reason they blamed because the court is the court wouldn't do much to my mom for telling bizzar tells. Pathway even tore out the paper work on where i turned it in becacause they wanted a quote for eastern state. Wrl care told me that pathway couldnt defend their mental illness. The lawyer came in told me i could a group home and meet nice new people's He needed to tell my cousin that to his face. He need to a group home so couldn't lie about in court. I was told by the court if we find out anyway you have lied to get this warrant what we do to you. His brother came in the office and started threaten over me the bizzar tells. how he was going to a ward of state. The charges needed to overturn because he lied to do me in. Voc. Reh. Allowed my grandmother to tell a bunch a lies on me to hurt me. she done to knock me out me out of life. My cousin was tell horrible and bizzar lies on me and i was end up the hospital. Judge wilhoit is allowing illegal warrant on mental ill patients to put them away. The court and pathway has illegal way stealing people property. Pathway is giving some the mental ill of phchotic to declare them incompetent. Wel care told me they couldnt defend mental illness. My dad lies cause the death of two people and i want out he told bizzar to prevent my death. My cousin was saying nasty stuff to me and i was told i couldn't say it. I feel if won the lottery the mental health provider would figure out way to steal. Their needs to law prevent this kind of stealing. The reason my cousin never shot me in head when he had the gun to my head was he wanted to kill by due process of law. Boy does judge wilhoit let people lie to destroy people life. Instead of threaten to put me away. He needed to my cousin you not threaten kill no one. Her mother needed ro want ever took to him away. I want judge wilhoit name to be the judge let lie to people away and steal their home. I want him to laughing stock the joke judge and disgrace He dont want to enter contract relationship because he wants to quote for eastern state. He wants them well groomed and prep for eastern state. When the judge told me i was telling the truth it lined carter co. Up for wrongly convicted law suit. I feel that people needs to the court make settle with me. I feel need to make the judge apology to me publicly. I dont like corrupt judge who let people lie. The co. Attroney are prep. How to lie to make sure the person is convicted. My poor brother got the ultimate price for cousin action he got to him work to himself to death. I pray to god my cousin haunted and see him on the farm pleading for life. i pray the night he threaten he will haunted with images until he dies. I pray everyone in carter co. Will turn against him over he treated us. He knew the truth got out in public no one ever like him. Our we as kentuckian going to allow mental health to destroy another people life. How me are mental instution cause the doctor wanted to quote for eastern state.
